Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service while helping clients find the perfect jewellery or watch. Maintain beautiful product displays, replenish stock, and ensure the store meets the highest presentation standards. Build retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning while working alongside an experienced team. This fixed-term opportunity runs through 17th January 2027 with flexible shifts including weekends, late nights, and public holidays. Adults 21 and older earn a base weekday hourly rate of $34.89 plus applicable penalty rates. No prior retail or jewellery experience is required; full training and support are provided. Many Christmas Casuals transition to ongoing Casual, Part Time, or Full Time roles within Prouds, Australia's largest jewellery retailer.
Required Qualifications
- Adults (21 years and older)
- Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period
- National Police Criminal History Check for the State or Territory in which they reside
