Job Summary
Interact with customers by proactively engaging and educating them to support their purchases while working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience. Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders. Maintain a high level of merchandising standards across the store during the peak period from September 2026 to the start of February 2027. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
