Job Summary
Proactively engage customers to educate them on home appliances and consumer electronics while delivering in-store service duties such as assisting on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders. Maintain high merchandising standards across the store and work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience. This Peak Trade Team role requires availability for the peak period from September 2026 to the start of February 2027, with potential shifts across multiple stores within a designated area.
