Job Summary
Safely operate the trackless train to transport guests between parking zones and event entrances while following signaling instructions and outlet policies. Greet passengers with a warm welcome, assist with boarding and exiting, and provide passenger announcements to ensure a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. Monitor train operations, report mechanical concerns promptly, and delegate lines accordingly to maintain proper regulations. Stay attentive and professional throughout each shift, communicating clearly with staff regarding routes and schedules. Work cohesively with colleagues under pressure to uphold Five Diamond representation standards.

- Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
- Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Checking equipment and engines before a journey starts
- Follow signaling instructions during the train path
- Provide passenger announcements
- Ensure proper regulations are maintained while controlling lines
- Delegate all lines accordingly
