Job Summary
Anticipate guests' needs by creating memorable experiences and consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting while displaying precise knowledge of all event activities. Assist guests with directional inquiries in an informative and helpful way to ensure Five Diamond representation of the resort. Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards while remaining calm and courteous under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Available evenings, weekends, and holidays from October 15th through January 10th. Work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team dedicated to delivering an unforgettable guest experience at the AAA Five Diamond Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
Required Qualifications
