Job Summary
Manage daily operational plans, staffing, and event readiness for the Christmas at the Princess holiday season. Coach team members, set performance standards, and deliver engaging holiday experiences while serving as Manager on Duty to resolve guest concerns and vendor issues. Lead by example to foster a collaborative culture, maintain OSHA safety standards, and control labor costs without compromising service quality. Execute daily operations from October 15th through January 10th, ensuring compliance with company policies and grooming guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in TimeSaver, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS systems
- Current Maricopa County Food Handler Card and Arizona Liquor Server Certification
- Demonstrated success in talent development and team leadership
- Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
- Seasonal dates of position: October 15th through January 10th
