House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, helping with homework and activities, and collaborating with school staff to support youth mentoring and wellbeing. The role focuses on mentoring youth and making a lasting impact on students’ lives within a residential school setting.
