House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to mentor youth and contribute to a supportive campus community. This role emphasizes dedication to mentoring youth, teamwork with educators, and making a lasting impact on students’ lives.
