Job Summary
Own weekend service production at the broadcast campus, directing audio, video, lighting, and presentation across multi-camera feeds for remote campuses, online congregations, and on-demand platforms. Recruit, train, and deploy volunteer production teams while managing planning centers and maintaining healthy team culture through regular one-on-ones and discipleship. Manage reliable live delivery to all locations and platforms, oversee streaming infrastructure including Resi, and steward post-service workflows for archiving and podcast audio. Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot all AVL systems, Dante networking, and signal flow while maximizing existing equipment before pursuing new purchases. Partner with worship, teaching, Next Gen, and Communications teams through weekly creative meetings and pre-service briefings to ensure ministry-driven execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of live production experience
- 2+ years leading staff and volunteer teams
- Active membership (or willingness to become a member)
- Full alignment with Christ Church's mission, values, and theology
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a large multi-campus church, broadcast, or large-event environment
- Multi-site experience
- Degree in Audio/Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field
- Equivalent professional experience to a degree
