Lead all NextGen Ministries, including Kids, Students, and Young Adults, by preaching, teaching, and managing ministry staff. Direct and develop volunteer leaders across all age groups while implementing a comprehensive discipleship strategy from birth through high school. Cast vision for ministry direction, articulate measurable goals, and manage ministry assets and budgets to ensure effective execution. Personally engage with parents and students to advance family discipleship and uphold church culture. Build and train effective ministry teams to support current needs and future growth, ensuring all playbooks remain current and aligned with organizational convictions.
