Job Summary
Lead assimilation efforts by engaging guests into active members, coordinating gatherings, and tracking progress through the church database. Direct weekend service execution by hosting services and managing guest tent, greeters, ushers, and parking ministries. Recruit, train, and support staff and non-staff leaders for all community life functions while ensuring ministry standards are met. Manage facility operations by overseeing security, maintenance, janitorial teams, and contractor scheduling to protect campus assets. Lead staff accountability and oversee weekly offering counts and facility budgets. Ensure members with financial or physical needs receive care.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Ministry experience
- Maturity and life experience that provides immediate leadership believability
- High Social IQ/EQ
- Exceptionally organized with a high standard of excellence
- Skilled at identifying and developing leaders
- Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to confidently solve problems
- Desire to serve others and show the love of Christ
- Humble, hungry, and smart
- Excels at platform communication
- Embodies the values, philosophies, and culture of Christ Church
- Meets the qualifications of deacons found in 1 Timothy 3:8-13
- Confident, dependable, and loves to work hard in an environment of kingdom progress
