Job Summary
Resourcing fixed infrastructure preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and leading CHPP Major Shutdown planning and scheduling. Oversee asset management strategy development, implementation, and review, including condition monitoring. Conduct root cause analysis investigations into equipment failures and deliver maintenance spend and performance reporting. Maintain adherence to all company HSEC policies and legislative requirements while identifying continuous business opportunities. This role reports to the CHPP Maintenance Planning Coordinator at Ravensworth Operations in the NSW Hunter Valley, with applications closing on Thursday 27th August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant competencies and trade qualifications
- Strong knowledge of coal processing
- Understanding of key drivers of a CHPP
- Strong leadership capability
- Commitment to continuous improvement

- Ability to actively follow safety systems
