Job Summary
Restaurant/Retail Associate responsible for merchandise, stock, and providing excellent guest service while selling premium chocolate. Perform both restaurant and retail duties, including cash handling, pricing/signage, maintaining cleanliness and stock, upsell opportunities, gift-wrapping, and following food safety standards. Roles include operating fountain area and assisting as a Topper/Scooper as needed; requires ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Must be energetic, reliable, and able to work with a diverse team; high school diploma preferred. Store hours: Sun-Thu 10:00am-8:00pm; Fri-Sat 10:00am-9:00pm; location Santa Monica, CA.
