Job Summary
In-store sales role providing high-level customer service and product knowledge of Lindt chocolates, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals (ADS, conversions, and KPIs). Responsibilities include dress code adherence, up-selling, promoting current marketing programs, assisting customers, handling POS transactions and paperwork, restocking, price checks, maintaining store cleanliness, and following QA policies. Ideal for a self-starter who delivers a premium Lindt experience while actively participating in store operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
