Job Summary
Lead import customs clearance activities to ensure timely and compliant shipment release, including monitoring clearance status, optimizing FTA savings and green channel declarations; coordinate with customs brokers and stakeholders to accelerate urgent shipments; review documents and support inspections, audits, tax refunds, and post-audit cases; drive monthly KPI reviews, dashboards, and performance analysis; manage brokers and 3PL to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance; identify process improvements to strengthen controls and enhance efficiency across inbound logistics; collaborate with global teams to develop effective solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in import & export, customs clearance
- Experience in trade compliance, FTZ operations is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and external partners
- Ability to leverage PBI, AI tools to enhance reporting, generate insights
- Good command of written and spoken English
