Job Summary
The IT Business Partner for China and Hong Kong serves as the strategic liaison between business units and the IT organization. This role aligns IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring delivery of high-value solutions and driving digital innovation. Responsibilities include shaping and prioritizing IT initiatives, translating business requirements into IT roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance on IT-related matters, and optimizing processes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience in IT business partnering, knowledge of enterprise systems, and strong communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in IT business partnering, IT leadership, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or the dental/medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and technologies such as CRM, ERP, eCommerce, MES, and related business applications
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, highly dynamic business environment
- Ensure compliance with China-specific data privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations
- Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with local China vendors, system integrators, or digital platforms
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting IT in healthcare/dental industries
- Experience leading or influencing local teams within a global matrix organization
