Job Summary
Chiropractor needed in Vancouver, WA to join a team of clinicians across a multi-site healthcare organization. You’ll evaluate patients, review imaging, deliver adjustments, and guide care plans that evolve with progress. You’ll work with Clinical Techs and a clinical support team to manage patient flow, track outcomes, and stay connected to each patient’s progress. The role emphasizes patient care within a broader network that provides corporate support for billing, operations, HR, and compliance, enabling clinicians to focus on treatment. Key duties include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, outcome tracking, and collaboration with a team to deliver personalized care. Qualifications include a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and WA licensure (or in process), strong communication skills, tech proficiency (MS Office/Teams/Excel/SharePoint), adaptability, leadership potential, and ability to manage high patient volume.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
- Licensed in the state of Washington, or in process of licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically while working with patients
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using multiple applications including Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
- Coachable, adaptable, and interested in continued education and growth at any level
- Ability to manage periods of high patient volume
- Natural aptitude for leadership is strongly desired in a Clinic Director setting
