Chiropractor to join a franchisee clinic in Mentor, OH for a full-time role focused on delivering high-quality chiropractic care in a retail setting. Responsibilities include patient consultations, reviewing health histories, performing manual spinal and joint adjustments, educating patients on routine chiropractic care, detailing treatment plans, maintaining patient records, arranging and evaluating diagnostic imaging when needed, building strong doctor-patient relationships, and supporting membership sales through care-focused conversations. Qualifications require a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree, a valid DC license, NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam, eligibility for malpractice insurance, and strong communication with a patient-first mindset. Compensation features a starting salary of $85,000 to $100,000 (plus an hourly range of $40-$50 and additional benefits) with a 4- to 5-day workweek, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and license renewal reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid DC license in the applicable state
- Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)
- Eligible for malpractice insurance
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
