Job Summary
Consult patients on medical history and injuries to assess spine, posture, and reflexes for appropriate treatment. Create personalized plans of care focusing on overall health and wellbeing while administering spinal adjustments, neuromusculoskeletal therapy, and supplemental treatments like massage and acupuncture. Provide lifestyle advice regarding sleep, exercise, and diet to improve physical health, and maintain detailed patient records ensuring HIPAA compliance. Act as a leader and supporter for staff, management, and patients, while participating in marketing days, community trainings, and networking events. Maintain applicable licensing and alignment with Prince Health and Wellness mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle patient load
- Ability to empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and a strong desire to help improve their quality of life
- Must be able to think critically and make judgements about how best to help patients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Must be in good physical condition and have the dexterity and strength to perform adjustments and manipulations on patients
- Possess a humble attitude and a servants heart for which no job is to small
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a private practice setting is preferred
- Up to date on the latest chiropractic practices and a desire to provide cutting-age care
