Job Summary
Perform chiropractic adjustments, Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy, and guide rehab exercise programs for health-conscious patients within Life Time facilities. Conduct direct marketing outreach to members and prospective clients, presenting personalized care plans and financial options to drive patient acquisition. Maintain accurate SOAP documentation, manage scheduling, and collaborate with Life Time staff to ensure integrated care delivery. This role requires working 50+ hours weekly including Saturday mornings for the first six months to build a client base, with a base salary of $80,000 and potential total compensation exceeding $150,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT)
- Rehab exercise programs
- SOAP note documentation
- 50+ hours/week
- Saturday mornings
- 6 months to build client base
- Marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique)
- Excellence with patient communication
- Clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
- Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
- Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
- Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations
