Job Summary
Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems. Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions. Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results. Build positive doctor-patient relationships and support membership sales through care-focused conversations. This full-time role requires 4 shifts with monthly Saturday requirements. Starting pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, supplemented by individual and team bonuses, medical insurance stipends, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid DC license in the applicable state
- Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)
- Eligible for malpractice insurance
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Communication skills
- Patient-first mindset
- Full time availability
- 4 shifts
- Monthly Saturday shift requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Already having a Alabama chiropractic license
