Job Summary
Chiropractor — Fort Worth, TX for a full-time role with The Joint Chiropractic. Responsibilities include consulting with patients, performing manual spinal and joint adjustments, educating patients on routine chiropractic care and treatment plans, maintaining accurate patient records, arranging and analyzing diagnostic imaging when needed, building strong doctor–patient relationships, and supporting membership sales through care-focused conversations. Requires Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree, a valid DC license, NBCE Parts I–IV (or SPEC), eligibility for malpractice insurance, and strong communication skills. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30am–7:00pm. Starting salary $75,000–$85,000 depending on experience with bonus potential and growth to $100k, plus benefits (insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, malpractice coverage). The role is a full-time position with a franchisee as the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid DC license in the applicable state
- Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)
- Eligible for malpractice insurance
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
