Job Summary
Conduct patient consultations by reviewing medical histories, evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems, and performing manual adjustments to correct musculoskeletal conditions. Analyze diagnostic x-rays to locate sources of difficulty and rule out fractures or diseases, while educating patients on quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Coordinate, track, and report key metrics related to patient management, maintain accurate case histories, and lead weekly staff training sessions. Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives, including sales of wellness membership packages. Work independently Monday through Friday with some weekends, requiring attention to detail and process management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid AL DC license
- Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in AL
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Have a teachable attitude and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
