Job Summary
Clinic Director role leading a Chiro 1st clinic in Washington State. Drive growth, lead a high-performance team, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage clinic metrics. Compensation includes base and profit-share with relocation assistance. Responsibilities include clinic leadership, growth, marketing/outreach, team development, and delivering world-class patient care using proven protocols. Requires Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (WA) or eligibility, 2+ years clinical experience with leadership, business acumen, coachability, and ability to operate in a fast-growth environment. Location: Kent, WA (onsite). Relocation support available.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (Washington State or eligible for licensure)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, with proven leadership ability
