Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations including range of motion testing, neurological and orthopedic examinations, and evidence-based assessments to establish accurate diagnoses. Develop individualized care plans integrating chiropractic adjustments, functional rehabilitation, and strength training to address musculoskeletal injuries, spinal conditions, and sports recovery. Manage interdisciplinary cases by collaborating with rehab specialists and massage therapists for therapeutic exercise and myofascial interventions. Educate patients on a multidisciplinary approach and refer appropriately to acupuncture, functional medicine, and hormonal health teams. Participate in structured clinical development with full financial support for external continuing education. Requires an active Illinois license, diversified adjusting skills, and flexibility for non-traditional schedules including holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
- Active Illinois License (or eligible for activation within 14 days of hire)
- Strong functional rehabilitation, strength training, and diversified adjusting skills
- Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning, evening, and weekend availability
