Chipico Maintenance Technician

Research and develop capital request projects to optimize return on investments for the plant. Ensure maintenance preventive maintenance tasks are completed per company policy and manufacturer specifications while providing fast responses to emergency breakdowns and problem calls. Communicate work order status to the Plant Manager and coordinate with production and sanitation for equipment removal and reinstallation. Purchase, stock, organize, and manage all critical parts at the facility. Establish and cultivate a safety training environment with team members and provide mandated reports on safety, quality, productivity, labor, and efficiency. Requires a combination of experience and technical training, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical aspects of manufacturing production. Bilingual ability is a plus.
