Receive food items, sort them by type, and ensure appropriate storage while rotating stock. Operate food processing equipment and machinery, adjusting conveyor belts as needed and maintaining machines to keep them dirt-free. Unpack cans and cartons, count and record inventory, and prepare pickles and processed food according to recipes and cleanliness standards. Label packaged items, price products per protocol, and monitor quality and quantity throughout production. Perform preventative maintenance, clean counters and floors, and report faults immediately when production issues arise. Maintain regular raw material supply and ensure all equipment functions correctly.
