Job Summary
Conduct daily chip distribution across the casino floor, ensuring accurate value and minimal variance while maintaining focus for extended shifts. Manage table and seat numbers, deliver high-quality customer service to diverse guests, and build positive rapport to enhance their experience. Prioritize guest satisfaction as the core of daily operations, supporting the casino's new culture with strong math skills and previous cash handling experience. Requires full availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of basic math with the ability to give the guests chips with minimal variances while staying focused and on task for multiple hours at a time.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Ability to build a positive rapport with our guests.
- High level of customer service to various personality types.
