Job Summary
Conduct daily chip distribution across the casino floor, ensuring accurate value and minimal variance for guests. Maintain full knowledge of table and seat numbers while building positive rapport with diverse personality types. Manage cash handling duties and learn all promotional information and games offered at Parkwest Casino. Deliver high-level customer service to ensure guests return for more. This role requires strong basic math skills and previous cash handling experience. You must be 21 years old, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pass a drug test, criminal background check, and credit check. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for six hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of basic math with the ability to give the guests chips with minimal variances while staying focused and on task for multiple hours at a time.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Ability to build a positive rapport with our guests.
