Job Summary
Chip Line Coordinator on production lines tasked with organizing/directing personnel, operating machinery safely, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, SQF. Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, scheduling equipment changeovers, performing line clearances, auditing orders, supporting Packaging team through training and troubleshooting, packaging finished product to meet quality specs, verifying dates and counts, and maintaining adherence to quality systems and food safety procedures. Requires effective communication with management, maintenance, and peers; ability to work independently or as part of a team; English proficiency; and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers
- Knowledge of GMP policies preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be available to work any shift, including weekends
