Chip Factory Planner

Job Summary
Chip Factory Planner in NVIDIA’s Taiwan/Hsinchu operations. You will act as the liaison between master scheduling and chip subcontractors to ensure daily/weekly production plans are executed, clarify issues related to specs, data variance, and business processes, and communicate across internal departments and external partners. You’ll optimize lot sizes, production loading cadence, and product mix; establish prioritization rules; monitor subcontractor performance to meet KPI targets; prepare executive performance summaries; lead weekly leadership reviews; propose corrective actions with program managers and engineers to enable complex engineering experiments and demand fulfillment, all while driving continuous improvement in collaboration with subcontractors. Strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel VBA, SAP, Windchill, and E2Open in an English-speaking, highly organized environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience in semiconductor Planning
