Job Summary
Greet guests with a positive attitude, take tickets, and direct them to auditoriums. Clean auditoriums and common areas, while selling tickets, gift cards, and concession items. Handle guest service items, sign guests up for the loyalty program, and answer questions. This role requires availability during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months. Harkins Theatres provides training to ensure every guest enjoys the Ultimate Moviegoing experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Effectively communicate, read/write in English
- Are able to work independently or with a team
- Have work availability during our busiest times: Evenings, Weekends, Holidays, Summer months
