Job Summary
Oversee patient charts and clinical documentation while conducting 90-day and annual evaluations for in-house therapists and contractors. Provide supervision and guidance to the team of PTs and PTAs, and perform Start of Care evaluations for new patients as needed. Maintain flexibility to visit patients at various locations when necessary. Requires an active California clinical license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Full-time or part-time schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Strong documentation skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to patient locations for evaluations
- Flexibility regarding work locations
- California clinical license
- CPR certification
- CA driver's license
- CA car insurance
- Required Physical, TB test, and vaccines/titers
- Two professional references
