Job Summary
Serve as a liaison between the ship's crew and Chinese-speaking guests while providing excellent customer service and assisting with language barriers through translating announcements, menus, and materials. Conduct language classes and cultural activities for guests and collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude, adhere to all safety and security policies, and participate in training and development programs. This permanent position requires fluency in Chinese/Mandarin, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
Desired Qualifications
