Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, weighing, and measuring; mix ingredients and cook according to recipes and quality standards using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test foods for doneness, monitor quality, and maintain cleanliness of the work station; adhere to safety, security, and confidentiality policies; communicate clearly with team and maintain positive working relationships; stand or walk for extended periods, and move or lift objects up to 25 pounds; perform other duties as assigned.
