Job Summary
Leads Chinese Cuisine Kitchen Operations for the property, supervising the kitchen management team and directing day-to-day operations across banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge, and employee cafeteria. Responsible for developing and coaching staff, ensuring sanitation and food safety, maintaining quality standards, controlling food costs and budgets, and guiding menu development and purchasing procedures to achieve guest satisfaction and financial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel and Restaurant Management with related experience
