Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydropower, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in relevant projects and at least 2 years of technical interpretation experience. A deep understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation standards is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
