Job Summary
Authentic Chinese Cuisine Cook responsible for meal prep and serving residents in a nursing home; ensure that all food is served at the appropriate temperature; maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area; assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies; provide excellent customer service to residents; demonstrate practical leadership skills and supervise staff to provide quality food services in a cost-effective operation; ensure residents' nutritional needs are met through a quality Food Service Program.
Required Qualifications
- Supervises support staff to provide quality food services by a satisfied staff in a cost-effective manner
- Provides a quality Food Service Program assuring that residents are satisfied, their nutritional needs are met, and an efficient operation is maintained
- Servesafe certification is a plus
