Job Summary
Lead Chinese cuisine production for DO & CO, supervising and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Chinese dishes for luxury airline catering. Act as a team leader, overseeing training, coaching, performance evaluation, and counselling to ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with the Executive Chef team to design, develop, and present new Chinese menu designs aligned with customer needs and pricing. Plan daily production, maintain DO & CO quality, manage costs, ensure adherence to SOPs, health and safety, and food safety requirements, perform ongoing quality checks on raw materials and finished products, and foster positive relationships with staff, vendors, and stakeholders. Requires passion for authentic Chinese cuisine, prior specialist Chinese Chef experience, strong leadership, clear English communication, and right to work in the UK. On-site role in Hounslow, England, UK.
