Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle equipment management for vacuum sputtering automated systems, including refurbishment, installation, commissioning, and product changeover conversions. Lead preventive maintenance by executing annual, quarterly, and monthly inspection and commissioning plans while participating in design optimization projects to enhance reliability. Utilize internal AI tools to analyze operational data and historical records for accurate diagnosis and efficient resolution of production equipment failures. Strictly adhere to Integrated Management System standards for quality and EHS while standardizing spare parts management and on-site working environments. Requires college diploma in mechanical, electrical, or automation fields with experience in automated equipment installation, maintenance, or spare parts repair.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical control fundamentals
- Proficient in operating various common maintenance and testing tools, including jigs, fixtures, and instrumentation
- At least one type of the following experience: automated equipment installation, automated equipment maintenance, or spare parts repair and precision adjustment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining vacuum coating automated equipment
- Independently managed equipment modification projects
