Job Summary
Senior Credit Underwriter for Citi’s Institutional Credit Management (ICM) FI team covering China & Hong Kong. Manages a portfolio of FI relationships with ongoing monitoring, annual and quarterly reviews, and support for ad-hoc transactions, portfolio reviews, and stress testing. Responsible for end-to-end underwriting, including financial analysis, due diligence, projection modeling, CAM package review and approval, and term-sheet production in collaboration with Front Office, Risk, Regulators, Internal Audit, and control functions. Requires deep experience in large, complex credits, knowledge of capital markets products and structures, ability to discuss risk/return trade-offs, and strong client relationship skills within local markets and regulatory contexts. Bachelor’s degree with Master’s degree preferred; 10+ years risk/risk-related credit experience in banking/financial institutions; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
