Chiller Technician

The commercial Chiller Technician will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC and related equipment with a heavy focus on large commercial/industrial chillers in hospitals, universities, large office buildings, and manufacturing facilities. The role also requires day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects to ensure contractual commitments are met in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include responding to high workload service calls, communicating with customers, following troubleshooting guides, verifying system operations and safety, documenting service work and obtaining customer signatures, keeping knowledge current through manuals and professional associations, scheduling and coordinating with customers, and maintaining accurate paperwork. Qualifications include Universally EPA Certified, at least 10 years’ experience with chillers (York, Carrier, Daikin, McQuay, Trane, Smardt, etc.), a valid driver’s license, and physical ability to perform the described tasks.
