Inspect poultry products exiting the chiller for quality and grading requirements, then re-hang birds onto overhead shackles in a safe and efficient manner. Remove non-conforming birds to designated containers and maintain established production rates while monitoring product condition. Capture and record required production data as directed, reporting any quality concerns to supervisors. Adhere strictly to Tyson Foods food safety, animal welfare, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures while keeping the work area clean and organized. Assist with other production tasks as assigned by management.
