Inspect birds exiting the chiller for quality and grading requirements, then re-hang them onto overhead shackles in a safe and efficient manner. Remove non-compliant birds and place them in designated containers while maintaining established production rates and processing standards. Monitor product condition, report quality concerns to supervisors, and capture required production data as directed. Follow all food safety, animal welfare, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures while keeping the work area clean and organized. Assist with other production tasks as assigned by management.
