Chiller Plant Operator

Job Summary
Operate and monitor chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on chillers and associated systems while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults to restore normal operating conditions. Monitor plant parameters, identify abnormal conditions, maintain service records, and coordinate with shift teams for uninterrupted operations. Requires a high school diploma with a 3-year mechanical/HVAC technical course or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, plus 2–10 years of relevant experience with centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers. Immediate joining required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with a 3-year Mechanical/HVAC technical course
- Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2–10 years of relevant HVAC/chiller experience
- Hands-on experience with centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers
- Hands-on experience with large-scale HVAC/chiller plants
- Good knowledge of AHUs
- Good knowledge of FCUs
- Good knowledge of VFDs
- Good knowledge of chilled water pumps
- Good knowledge of cooling towers
- Good knowledge of BMS
- Good knowledge of control systems
- Good knowledge of HVAC drawings/schematics
- Experience with Trane chillers
- Experience with Carrier chillers
- Experience with York chillers
- Experience with McQuay/Daikin chillers
- Immediate Joining
