Chiller Attnd Labor PR02 - 2nd shift - Monett

Conduct hourly checks and maintain accurate records of bird temperatures, PAA levels, chlorine levels, and chiller performance. Adjust chiller agitation, maintain water levels, monitor bird moisture, and track condensation while regulating auger speeds and checking system temperatures. Pick up birds from the floor and drain pans under the lines. During breaks, assist with cleaning by washing down the chiller area and the evisceration department. Coordinate with the refrigeration team to maintain optimal chiller temperatures. Perform frequent lifting of 5 pounds or more and repetitive motions including gripping, pushing, lifting, pinching, and pulling. Complete data entry in company computer systems using basic math skills.
