Chill Trainer

Deliver inductions for new starters and ongoing refresher training to support Chill Operations. Mentor new colleagues through first 4–6 weeks, ensure training requirements and paperwork are completed, maintain and update the training matrix, provide monthly updates at Health & Safety meetings, support risk assessments and SSOWs, conduct Safety Sweeps, deliver retraining following investigations, and contribute to shaping training standards with a focus on health and safety across the department.
