Lead and supervise Childwatch programs at YMCA. Plan and implement activities, ensure HEPA standards, track attendance, and provide safe, engaging care for children. Set up/clean up of the program area; deliver exceptional customer service and foster connections with children and families. Requires at least a High School diploma or equivalent, must be at least 16, and successful completion of required certifications/trainings within stated deadlines.
