Job Summary
Contribute to young people's care plans, risk assessments, and Individual Education Programs while forming effective relationships with families and external agencies. Maintain high-quality records, ensure the home remains clean according to the rota, and meet the emotional and physical needs of residents to maximize their development. Uphold professional standards expected by Ofsted and promote equal opportunities for all. Work flexible 24 to 48 hour shift patterns including sleep-ins, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence.
Required Qualifications
- Full, UK driving licence
- All candidates must be over the age of 21

Desired Qualifications
