Job Summary
Support young people aged 8 to 18 with emotional regulation, daily routines, and personal development while maintaining detailed safeguarding records. Facilitate engagement through fun activities, personal interests, education access, and household responsibilities within a trauma-informed care environment. Work full-time 48-hour shifts including sleep-ins followed by a four-day break, with a competitive salary of £33,682 to £34,305 per annum. Requires a full UK driving licence, right to work, and age 21 or above. Required Qualifications
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants with full right to work in the UK with no restrictions

- A calm, compassionate and resilient approach
- The ability to recognise the tough days matter just as much as the good days
- A commitment to working 48-hour shifts, including sleep-ins (paid), followed by a 4 day break
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
